About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day compliance operations for the Vendor Onboarding and Compliance department
- Oversee compliance for vendors across various risk levels
- Follow up with vendors and insurance carriers/agents
- Answer insurance and compliance-related questions
- Interface with vendors’ insurance providers
- Move vendors through onboarding compliance requirements
- Assist vendors with onboarding questions and issues
- Educate prospects on insurance requirements, industry standards and company processes
- Manage upcoming insurance and applicable licensing expirations
- Work with Vendor Onboarding Specialists to manage incoming prospective vendors
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in an office environment where primary work responsibilities involved administering a standard work process
- Ability to manage many concurrent process transactions and complete assigned work within expected timeframes
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Strong computer literacy, including data entry and reporting from business application software
- Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and property management software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Zoom, Asana and Outlook
- Excel experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
- Word experience with basic document formatting
- Outlook experience with message composition/formatting and meeting scheduling
- Ability to write clearly to a variety of stakeholders
- Satisfactory background and drug screen as a condition of employment
