About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recommend suitable candidates for our clients’ current vacancies
- Leverage your network, recruiting channels, or existing candidate contacts
- Conduct an initial assessment of candidates’ qualifications, experience, language skills, and availability
- Submit suitable candidates via Uvvo
- Coordinate with Uvvo on suitable job opportunities and candidate profiles
- Uvvo manages collaboration with the companies; you focus on identifying and recommending suitable candidates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, HR, or recruitment agency work is an advantage
- Access to qualified candidates in Germany
- Understanding of professional qualifications, résumés, and application documents
- Careful and professional handling of candidate data
- Good German language skills; English language skills are an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and results-oriented approach to work
- Candidates who are already in Germany or have a valid work permit are particularly relevant
- Uvvo currently does not assist with visa or work permit applications
