About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate multiple transformation workstreams across the R&D portfolio
  • Drive delivery by managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance across the programme
  • Engage senior stakeholders, including SVP-level clients, to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges
  • Support a boutique management consultancy working with the Head of Transformation for the R&D function of a major global pharmaceutical client

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Independent consultant
  • Consulting background preferred
  • Strong experience leading and delivering major transformation portfolios within complex organisations
  • Excellent programme delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination capability
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills
  • Life Sciences, Pharma, or R&D experience advantageous
  • Availability to start mid-late October / as soon as possible
