About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full implementation lifecycle from concept through program launch
- Analyze current (as-is) processes and recommend future-state business processes based on client requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with consultants to document solution requirements, including functional and technical specifications
- Work with clients to meet IT requirements that support solution deployment and align with organizational IT roadmaps
- Manage project deliverables, including project charters, risks, and issue resolution
- Build strong client relationships and quickly learn their processes, culture, and business objectives
- Provide Level 2 production support for deployed solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of program management experience across multiple industries
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM (P6 Professional and P6 EPPM Web) and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)
- Strong understanding of project change management, risk management, and quality management
- Experience leading teams of functional and technical consultants
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Oracle Primavera BI Publisher reporting and Oracle Primavera Analytics
- Experience working with Primavera P6 integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier
- Experience working in Agile environments or as a Scrum Master
- U.S. citizenship required due to applicable security, federal contract, or regulatory requirements
- PMP and/or PSP certifications are highly desirable
