About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement the ERP system for clients, both on-site and remotely.
- Assist clients via phone calls and support tickets.
- Create user manuals covering ERP functionality and usability.
- Train colleagues within the department.
- Support clients during the implementation of Iniflex.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience and provide a welcoming, supportive service that promotes satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bring innovative ideas and methodologies to support the company’s growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in finance and/or sales.
- Experience with ERP software.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, or a related field.
- Class B driver's license and access to a car.
- Availability for frequent travel.
- Experience in the plastics industry is a plus.
- Experience with the Iniflex ERP system is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish is a plus.
- Proactive approach.
