About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business needs and recommend solutions aligned with Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud and the existing technology architecture
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and support development teams in implementing them
- Collaborate with business and technical teams and partners to ensure understanding and integration of solutions
- Participate in assessing the effort, risks, and dependencies associated with initiatives
- Contribute to the planning, testing, and production deployment of solutions
- Create and maintain the required functional documentation
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of deliverables under your responsibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Guidewire ClaimCenter certification
- Experience in functional analysis and solution design in a Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud environment
- Knowledge of cloud environments, particularly AWS
- Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry (strong asset)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent)
- Participation in scaled Agile initiatives (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, or equivalent) is an asset
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written
- Working knowledge of English
