About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently administer, support, and further develop the Microsoft 365 environment
- Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
- Support Active Directory environments and integrate and manage on-premises systems and applications
- Administer and provide support for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services
- Provide first- and second-level support for partner companies and employees
- Set up and manage user accounts, end devices, mailboxes, permissions, and access as part of onboarding and offboarding
- Contribute to group-wide IT projects, the implementation of new technologies, and the advancement of digital work processes
- Independently analyze, prioritize, and resolve technical issues sustainably
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support the implementation of consistent IT standards
- Explain technical topics clearly and support colleagues in their day-to-day work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, or a degree related to IT
- Extensive practical experience administering Microsoft 365 and its associated admin centers
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Knowledge of hybrid Microsoft environments is an advantage
- Good knowledge of user administration, Windows systems, networks, and IT support
- Structured and reliable approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to analyzing technical challenges
- Ability to explain technical matters clearly and understandably
- Careful and traceable documentation practices
- Interest in new technologies and willingness to pursue professional and personal development
- Interest in modern AI solutions and, ideally, initial experience with Microsoft Copilot or comparable applications
