About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients on the selection, implementation, and further development of facility and workplace management solutions based on Planon in combination with SAP PM, MM, and PS
Configure Planon using the Accelerator approach, including the customization of labels, fields, processes, and business objects
Perform analysis, development, and implementation tasks for maintenance, space and workplace management, and energy and sustainability management
Work on the integration of Planon and SAP S/4HANA via the SAP Business Technology Platform
Work with the shared data model (Master Data Integration / One Domain Model) and the extensibility of both systems
Perform quality assurance for SAP and PROMOS.GT solutions for technical real estate and facility management
Plan and deliver training sessions and workshops
Support key users
Take on responsibilities in (partial) project management in the future

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Information Systems, Facility Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience with Planon or a comparable CAFM/IWMS system, for example in facility, workplace, or maintenance management—or a strong interest in developing expertise in this field
Ideally, knowledge of at least one SAP component: MM, PM, or PS
Openness to new cloud-native technologies, particularly SAP Public Cloud solutions and the integration of Planon with SAP S/4HANA
Fluent German skills, including professional negotiation proficiency
Enthusiasm for teamwork and appreciation of a collaborative and respectful working environment
