About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct file audits for the direct and brokerage networks
- Assess the quality of the member experience and our advisory role through call monitoring
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards, with a focus on adding value for internal and external clients
- Collaborate with managers and employees across various departments, including providing audit feedback and coaching agents and/or analysts
- Help improve the application of standards and optimize methods and tools
- Participate in training and coaching
- Work as a Quality and Skills Development Advisor in a hybrid arrangement at a Promutuel Assurance du Saint-Laurent aux Appalaches office in La Prairie, Waterloo, Lévis, St-Georges, Sainte-Marie, Plessisville, or Thetford Mines
Requirements
What you’ll need- DEC en conseil en assurances et services financiers ou AEC en assurance de dommages
- Permis d’agent en assurance de dommages des entreprises en vigueur
- 6 à 8 ans d’expérience pertinente en assurance des entreprises
- Reconnu pour sa profondeur d’analyse
- Compétences en résolution de problématiques diverses
- Bonne capacité de vulgarisation et de synthèse
- Habiletés dans la communication et sens client développé
- Connaissances et habiletés dans la suite Office
- Expérience en formation ou en coaching
