Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of experience in commercial insurance and/or agricultural insurance
  • Excellent analytical judgment and a strong problem-solving orientation
  • Ability to clearly and convincingly explain and justify decisions
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and maintaining effective collaboration
  • Diploma in Insurance and Financial Services Consulting, Attestation of College Studies (ACS) in Property and Casualty Insurance, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation—an important asset
