Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years editing talking-head or tutorial video
Published YouTube work that can be linked
Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Proficiency in After Effects or Fusion for motion graphics
Motion graphics examples designed independently, not just templates
Good instincts for pacing: tight, clear, no fluff
Skilled in audio editing and sound enhancement as required
Ability to follow written specifications and feedback checklists precisely
Reliable turnaround
Clear written English
Comfortable working asynchronously
Own software and a machine capable of handling 4K source files
Able to invoice as a contractor
