  • Identify new opportunities from industry trends and emerging regulatory requirements
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and coordinate forecasting in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams through contract signature and go-live
  • Ensure stakeholder requests receive timely follow-through

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of experience at the state level working directly with regulatory boards, in a healthcare regulatory environment, or a related field
  • Proven track record building and maintaining relationships within state agencies and/or licensing boards
  • Ability to build rapport at operational and leadership levels
  • Project management mindset for building pipelines, nurturing and closing complex deals, and coordinating complex RFPs and contract renewals
  • Ability to ensure technical and compliance requirements are met
  • Comfort navigating long, non-linear government procurement decision cycles
  • Strong ability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Self-motivated and disciplined in managing a territory without constant daily oversight
  • Relationship-based sales experience is desirable
  • Public-sector state-level account management experience is desirable
  • Legal authorization to work in the US; no sponsorship available
