About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor inbound and outbound conversion rates across the full top-of-funnel, identify systematic leaks, and run structured experiments to address them
  • Use Qualified, Outreach, and supporting tools to diagnose pipeline loss and implement targeted fixes
  • Define and maintain the operating boundary between autonomous AI SDR activity in Qualified and human SDR or BDR engagement
  • Manage and develop a team of inbound SDRs and outbound BDRs
  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development support
  • Design and deliver ongoing training on qualification skills, prospecting techniques, and sales technology usage
  • Set performance expectations and hold the team accountable to pipeline coverage and conversion targets
  • Report weekly to Marketing and Sales leadership on pipeline coverage, AI SDR performance, team performance, conversion metrics, and experiment results
  • Partner with Marketing on campaign-to-pipeline performance and intent signal activation
  • Partner with RevOps on lead routing, data enrichment, and CRM hygiene
  • Optimize Qualified, Outreach, Salesforce, Highspot, and intent data tools to maximize productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 or more years managing a BDR or SDR team at a B2B SaaS organization, with direct ownership of pipeline targets and conversion metrics
  • 3 or more years in a sales or business development role, with demonstrated experience building or scaling outbound prospecting programs
  • Hands-on experience working within Qualified, Outreach, and Salesforce as part of a live sales workflow
  • Proven track record of coaching individual contributors to improve qualification, prospecting, and pipeline conversion outcomes
  • Experience using Gong and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as part of a prospecting and coaching workflow
  • Legally entitled to work in the country where this role is posted
  • Experience in a PLG or hybrid PLG-SLG environment where product usage signals or intent data feed pipeline generation
  • Sales training in MEDDIC or an equivalent structured qualification framework
  • Familiarity with Office of the CFO processes, corporate performance management (CPM), or adjacent finance and accounting markets
  • Comfortable adopting new tools and workflows as the sales technology landscape evolves
  • Curious, open to new approaches, and motivated to continuously improve
  • Collaborative mindset when working across teams and with AI-supported tooling
