About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of high-quality CPM and FP&A implementations across Prophix’s growing EMEA client base
Oversee active implementation engagements, join weekly status calls, track project plans, remove blockers, and ensure timelines and quality standards
Lead and develop a team of Professional Services consultants through 1:1s, performance reviews, and targeted coaching
Act as senior escalation point for engagement risks, scope challenges, and client issues
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture on pre-sales scoping, effort estimates, and client handoffs
Drive adoption of project planning tools for portfolio visibility, capacity forecasting, and data-informed resourcing
Lead continuous improvement of delivery methodology, including AI-assisted workflows
Share regional insights and help shape scalable Professional Services delivery practices for EMEA
Report to the Director, Professional Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in Professional Services or implementation delivery within SaaS or enterprise software, delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engagements on time and to scope
2+ years managing a team of consultants or delivery professionals
Strong project management discipline and experience overseeing concurrent implementations using MS Project, Smartsheet, monday.com, or similar
Experience working with finance teams and familiarity with FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation processes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, streamline delivery processes, or enhance client-facing work
Self-starter with high ownership
Legally entitled to work in the country where this role is posted
Able to travel to client sites and Prophix offices as required
Able to learn new tools and adapt as technology and workflows evolve
Curious, open to new approaches, and motivated to continuously improve
Preferred: Direct experience implementing CPM or FP&A platforms, including Prophix, Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive, or TM1
Preferred: Experience with financial consolidation platforms such as Prophix FC, HFM, CCH Tagetik, or LucaNet
Preferred: Familiarity with ERP integration patterns involving SAP, Unit4, or NetSuite
Preferred: Experience managing partner co-delivery engagements across distributed or international teams
Preferred: Proficiency in French and/or Dutch
Preferred: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technical discipline
