About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand client briefs, project objectives, and required expertise.
  • Build commercial and market context to identify and target appropriate professionals.
  • Use proSapient’s proprietary AI-powered platform, professional networks, and advanced sourcing channels to map industry value chains and identify experts.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Ask targeted questions to assess expert suitability and secure insights.
  • Manage multiple live client requests, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities.
  • Communicate with senior professionals across industries and build professional relationships.
  • Own individual targets and project outcomes.
  • Complete two weeks of structured onboarding training before managing active client projects.
  • Work closely with the Client Services Manager from initial client brief through expert identification, engagement, and qualification.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold an undergraduate degree with a strong record of academic achievement.
  • Strong communication and outbound execution skills; confident on the phone and skilled in written communication.
  • Ability to explain client briefs clearly and engage diverse experts.
  • Motivation by measurable goals, competitive performance metrics, and ownership of individual output.
  • Experience starting or building something independently, such as a club, side business, project, or initiative.
  • Track record of competing and winning in sport, sales, academics, or another performance-driven environment.
  • Strong cognitive agility and intellectual curiosity; ability to rapidly grasp unfamiliar business topics.
  • Excellent prioritization and execution, with attention to detail while multitasking across fast-moving workstreams.
  • High resilience and adaptability when priorities change or challenges arise.
  • Willingness to receive and act on direct, frequent feedback.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; proSapient does not provide visa sponsorship.
