About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source candidates through advertising, social media, and direct channels
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through interviewing, candidate processing, and offer handling
  • Conduct high-volume interviews for Client Services divisions and proactively source entry-level talent for London and Lisbon
  • Utilise the ATS daily, track candidates accurately, and use data to improve processes and candidate experience
  • Build proactive university relationships with the wider team
  • Support the wider EMEA Talent team on large-scale hiring initiatives
  • Research recruitment projects and identify innovations to improve talent-function efficiency and hiring effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in multi-channel sourcing, including job boards, social media, and direct/outbound outreach
  • Experience sourcing entry-level/graduate talent
  • Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines at volume
  • Experience with repetitive, high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and candidate experience
  • Highly proactive, self-starter and doer who takes initiative
  • Drive, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency and bias for action
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail on admin-heavy, high-volume workflows
  • Ability to deal with confidential information professionally
  • A second language—French, German, Dutch, or a Nordic language—would be valuable but is not essential
