  • Analyze project data
  • Update Excel grantee reporting annually
  • Produce dashboards and network models
  • Perform data quality checks and make patterns clear
  • Maintain indicator dictionaries and reporting templates
  • Document analytical assumptions
  • Segregate PII and support accessible analytical outputs and visualization
  • Provide management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, and business program/project management services
  • Support clients including the U.S. Department of Labor and Bureau of International Labor Affairs
  • Undergo technical review by the Lead Evaluator

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated DQA, indicator analysis, spreadsheet maintenance, and documented analysis of sensitive program data
  • Recommended bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, economics, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Data cleaning
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Reproducible workflows
  • Dashboard design
  • Accuracy, reproducibility, confidentiality, and clear explanation of analytical limits
  • Ability to maintain indicator dictionaries, reporting templates, and documented analytical assumptions
  • Ability to segregate PII and support accessible analytical outputs and visualization
  • Government and public services sector experience is sought
  • English is the work/site language
