About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain an updated register of legal matters, owners, deadlines, and progress
  • Prioritize incoming requests and coordinate assignments according to team capacity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than five years of experience in a law firm or legal department
  • Proven experience coordinating attorneys, workloads, and competing deadlines
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures, documentation, and workflows
  • Proficiency with task tracking, document management, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Excellent organization, communication, discretion, and follow-through
  • Availability for scheduled legal team meetings and calls
  • Must be a resident of Honduras
