Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously and deliver them on schedule and within budget
Apply Agile and Scrum methods to plan, execute, and track project progress
Coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, dependencies, testing, and releases across teams
Use SAP BusinessObjects and WebI for reporting and data analysis
Oversee database management, data integration, and enterprise reporting activities
Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
Drive projects independently from concept through implementation
Apply federal, military, or air traffic experience to align work with applicable standards and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Five (5) or more years of IT project management experience supporting federal, military, or air traffic environments
Experience managing multiple IT projects at the same time
Strong knowledge of the IT and software development lifecycle
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Jira
Ability to manage requirements, schedules, risks, dependencies, testing, and releases
Ability to coordinate across developers, data teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
Working knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects and WebI
General understanding of databases, data integration, and enterprise reporting
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive projects independently from concept through implementation
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation
No security clearance is required
Preferred: SAP BusinessObjects development experience
Preferred: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or comparable project management certification
