Key responsibilities & impact- Support rollout projects
- Install, relocate, and decommission hardware
- Troubleshoot and perform technical maintenance on hardware and software
- Maintain systems through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and hardware and software updates
- Administer telephony, printer management, and specialized hardware
- Assist with resolving incidents
- Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting at customer locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vocational training in an IT or technical field is desirable but not required
- Career changers are welcome
- A valid Class B driver's license is mandatory
- Experience in logistics is an advantage
- Experience in an IMAC/R environment
- Knowledge of Windows administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of Client Management Consoles is desirable
- Willingness to travel
- Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work on-site at customer locations
- Good communication skills in German
