About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Digital Investigations recruitment with the internal recruiter and hiring managers, including candidate identification, CV sifting and interview scheduling
- Coordinate new joiners’ onboarding schedules, inductions, system access and training
- Coordinate the Digital Investigations wellbeing offering
- Ensure child safety work protocols are in place, including access controls, secure device storage, wellbeing screenings and advanced BPSS checks
- Administer OPSEC processes, including research account and device registers and access records
- Manage Digital Investigations tooling administration, including licences, subscriptions, renewals and user access
- Own expense reporting for tooling and align spend with active licences
- Identify opportunities to use technology and AI to streamline administrative processes
- Support the Head of Digital Investigations Operations in keeping the service line running smoothly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Operational or coordination experience within threat intelligence, investigations, OSINT, online safety or a related industry
- Understanding of investigative work and its requirements, including confidentiality, OPSEC and security vetting
- Confidence with technology and willingness to adopt and effectively use AI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- Experience supporting recruitment or onboarding (desirable)
- Ability to complete advanced BPSS checks is implied by the role's security requirements
