About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a product knowledge and technology expert in all environments
  • Work with management and Client Relations teams to develop processes supporting current account growth and success
  • Take immediate action to meet client needs
  • Work with others to resolve issues for current clients
  • Manage assigned agencies
  • Delegate work through Business Development and Client Relations teams
  • Meet annual production forecast expectations
  • Conduct Retro/Reinsurance and custom dealer presentations
  • Complete Retro/Reinsurance reviews for assigned agency business
  • Manage assigned agencies’ dealer remittance trends
  • Manage assigned agencies’ current dealer attrition
  • Keep expenses within established guidelines
  • Work with Accounting on accounting issues related to assigned agencies
  • Work with Claims on claim issues related to assigned agencies
  • Manage changes in an upbeat, positive manner
  • Travel 70–80% of the time by air, road, and other means
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Attention to detail and quality of service clients
  • Well-developed organizational skills and ability to manage multiple issues and demands
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship- and partnership-building skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and desire to succeed
  • Driven by integrity
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM software, and internal software systems
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Problem resolution experience
  • Strong sales aptitude
  • 5+ years’ experience in an automotive sales-related environment
  • Travel 70–80% of the time
