About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and direct a network of independent insurance agents
  • Drive sales growth for the automotive product portfolio in the assigned U.S. region
  • Acquire new customer accounts and cultivate new agency relationships
  • Develop and execute strategies for same-store sales revenue growth
  • Drive additional product sales to existing clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior sales management experience required
  • Must possess strong leadership abilities, including managing and motivating a team
  • Strong focus on customer service, including excellent listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of developing sales results in an assigned territory
  • Organized approach to problem-solving
  • Must have own vehicle with a good driving record
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time by air or car
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5–7 years of automotive industry experience preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Continuous contact with external and internal customers
