About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct routine, unannounced, and undercover site visits to monitor operations
- Use camera equipment to remotely observe and evaluate employee adherence to compliance standards
- Ensure employees check valid government-issued IDs for liquor purchases in compliance with state and federal laws and customer policies
- Verify employees follow credit-card-only payment policies for food and beverage transactions
- Document findings from on-site and camera-based assessments using provided checklists and reporting tools
- Submit detailed reports to management regarding concerns or non-compliance
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling camera footage or sensitive compliance information
- Maintain security over and accurate records of issued currency and issued credit cards
- Ensure activities align with client and company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Support management in implementing corrective actions or disciplinary measures for repeated or serious compliance issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in compliance, auditing, retail, or concessions operations is a plus
- Familiarity with liquor laws, point-of-sale systems, and camera monitoring equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to travel frequently to concession locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods during assessments
- Ability to work in outdoor or crowded environments
- Ability to operate and review camera footage for extended periods
