About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate and support customers’ NetScaler/ADC environments
- Ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality service delivery
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Azure DevOps
- Continuously develop Infrastructure-as-Code approaches
- Proactively optimize customer environments for stability, performance, security, and automation
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Support incidents, changes, and technical escalations
- Take responsibility for small and medium-sized service-related projects, from technical design through implementation
- Provide technical customer consulting and act as a technical liaison
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Transfer and share knowledge within the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience operating and developing complex IT infrastructures in service or project environments
- Good knowledge of Citrix NetScaler/ADC
- Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Ansible, Git, or CI/CD is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and the ability to independently learn new subject areas
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Structured, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership
- Very good German and good English, both written and spoken
