About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate and maintain customers’ NetScaler/ADC environments
Ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality service delivery
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Azure DevOps
Continuously develop Infrastructure-as-Code approaches
Proactively optimize customer environments for stability, performance, security, and automation
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Support incidents, changes, and technical escalations
Take responsibility for small and medium-sized service-related projects, from technical design through implementation
Provide technical advice to customers and support the ongoing development of their infrastructure
Serve as a technical liaison
Create and maintain technical documentation
Share knowledge and collaborate with the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience operating and developing complex IT infrastructures, as well as working in service or project environments
Solid knowledge of Citrix NetScaler/ADC
Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Ansible, Git, or CI/CD is an advantage
Enthusiasm for new technologies and the ability to independently learn new subject areas
Customer- and service-oriented mindset with a solution-focused approach
Team player
Structured, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership
Confident and professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
