About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze existing HR processes and help develop standardized, transparent end-to-end processes
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and the use of AI
- Contribute to developing a digital-first target vision using AI, AI agents (Agentic AI), target metrics, and innovative flagship projects
- Support the assessment of process AI readiness and the development of innovative AI use cases
- Collaborate in a cross-functional project team with various HR departments, business functions, and managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field
- Enthusiasm for digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence
- Interest in analyzing, challenging, and sustainably improving processes
- Ideally, initial experience with process management, AI, or automation solutions
- Open-minded and committed to using digital technologies—and AI applications in particular—in a reflective and responsible manner
- Willingness to continuously develop your own working methods and knowledge
- Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach to work
- Initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm for contributing new ideas
