About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support B2B customers throughout the recruiting process
Help identify suitable candidates and connect them with customers quickly
Manage candidates from initial contact through to completion of the hiring process
Plan and analyze candidate surveys
Derive concrete improvements from candidate feedback
Create and send candidate newsletters
Maintain content on the candidate website
Test profiles and processes from a user perspective
Identify weaknesses and provide feedback to support the further development of the platform
Propose and implement your own ideas for process improvement
Independently take on initial recruiting support tasks
Assist with Customer Success inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled as a student at a state-recognized university or college
Interest in HR, recruiting, and Customer Success
Structured approach to work and excellent communication skills
Excellent written and spoken German
Practical experience as a working student
Friendly yet persistent approach when dealing with candidates and customers
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
Initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
