About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive adoption of the Proximie platform within specified accounts to achieve clear ROI, renewals, and expansions
  • Engage clinical, operational, analytical, and technical leaders to demonstrate Proximie’s value
  • Achieve strong customer retention and increase product adoption and user satisfaction
  • Lead technical product and clinical demonstrations
  • Onboard and train new customers in software utilization
  • Ensure full system functionality and efficient workflows while identifying weaknesses and improvement opportunities
  • Support live clinical use of the Proximie platform in clinical areas, labs, and training sessions
  • Build engagement and value across divisions and specialties to support customer growth and retention
  • Deliver an exemplary customer experience
  • Provide customer feedback across Proximie to improve the product, service, and offering
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive change management and operational excellence in operating rooms
  • Guide customers from implementation and training through embedding new ways of working and measurable improvements in efficiency and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Understanding of NHS or European healthcare systems and workflows
  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in surgical services, operating theatre management, or perioperative care delivery
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships across clinical, administrative, and technical teams
  • Ability to build credibility with clinical stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare operations, service delivery, transformation, or clinical coordination highly desirable
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites across the UK and Europe
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings, early mornings, or weekend shifts as needed
  • Experience working in or with NHS Trusts or European healthcare institutions advantageous
  • Experience in SaaS, AV, hardware, or technical customer-facing roles advantageous
  • Proficiency with Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS platforms advantageous
  • Experience working for a scale-up or fast-growth healthcare company advantageous
  • Track record of successful change management or digital transformation projects advantageous
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
