About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Field daily phone calls, respond to emails, and solve financial advisor needs
  • Provide detailed responses about Prudential product features, performance data, hypothetical illustrations, and literature requests
  • Provide back-up coverage to Internal Wholesalers and their territories
  • Engage existing or prospective financial professionals using consultative selling techniques
  • Continuously educate financial professionals about Prudential solutions
  • Participate in immediate training and ongoing coaching and mentoring
  • Focus on personal talent advancement toward opportunities to become an Internal Wholesaler

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • SIE, FINRA Series 6 (or 7) and 63 REQUIRED
  • Ability to pass State Insurance license within 60 days
  • Prior Sales experience, preferably with Annuities
  • Knowledge of Annuities concepts or the retirement industry
  • Self-motivated and team-focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, tactfulness, and a desire to continuously improve
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
