  • Grow and develop in the role with progression toward senior positions on the Annuities National Sales Desk
  • Gain exposure to different departments throughout the organization
  • Obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and life licenses
  • Once licensed, immediately promote to a Senior Inbound Sales Consultant role
  • Build relationships and provide credible, persuasive sales support over the phone and in person
  • Prepare and present sales plans, materials, and presentations
  • Provide technical information about products and services
  • Generate sales opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Desire and curiosity to learn about annuities, investment products and services, and investment and securities concepts
  • Ability to multitask and work under time constraints
  • Self-motivated and team-focused
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, tactfulness, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to be confident, persuasive, and credible over the phone and in person
  • FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and State Insurance license required, or able to obtain within 120 days
  • Sales experience or internships are a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and present sales plans and materials
  • Ability to provide technical information regarding products and services
  • Ability to develop sales presentations
  • Emergent sales acumen and ability to generate sales opportunities
