About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate complex calendars across multiple executives
- Manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reporting, and logistical support
- Support planning and execution of CEO leadership meetings, offsites, enterprise events, Board-related activities, and special projects
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with functional and business groups across the enterprise
- Anticipate issues, identify solutions, and drive follow-through on critical initiatives and deliverables
- Improve operating effectiveness through automation, AI, and digital solutions
- Collaborate with executive assistants, the Chief of Staff, and business partners to support the operating rhythm of the Office of the Chairman & CEO
- Provide direct support to Chairman and CEO Andy Sullivan and the broader Office of the CEO
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a large, complex organization
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of an organization
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work products
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- High degree of responsiveness, flexibility, and availability, including occasional support outside standard business hours
- Ability to support executive travel and global engagements
