About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage recurring analytics, dashboards and reporting views tracking communications performance, sentiment, coverage, engagement and emerging trends
  • Collect, clean and connect media, social, employee sentiment, channel performance and other data sources
  • Build and improve Power BI, Tableau or similar dashboards
  • Translate trends, anomalies and performance signals into implications, recommended actions and planning inputs
  • Automate recurring data collection, reporting and dashboard refresh processes
  • Identify unusual sentiment, coverage or performance patterns and escalate potential reputational or execution risks
  • Serve as a power user for measurement, monitoring and listening platforms
  • Improve reporting automation, user guidance and adoption of analytics tools
  • Report to the VP, Insights & Governance and support Communications teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, communications measurement, digital marketing analytics, media analytics, dashboard development or related performance reporting roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Communications or a related field
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Experience collecting, cleaning, structuring and interpreting data from multiple sources
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools
  • Experience building dashboards, recurring reports and performance views
  • Working knowledge of media monitoring, social listening, sentiment analysis, channel performance and communications measurement methods
  • Strong data storytelling skills
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy and quality control
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting deliverables, timelines and stakeholder needs
