About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track
Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients
Lead client discovery phases and understand business needs before development
Break complex requirements into manageable iterations for engineering teams
Maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps
Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews
Provide clients with regular updates on project status, risks, and decisions
Scope and price new engagements, contribute to proposals, and support presales
Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to ensure delivered features meet expectations and user needs
Monitor project health using KPIs and flag risks
Test completed features against agreed requirements before delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment
Hands-on experience with the presales process, including writing proposals, scoping projects, and running discovery workshops
Strong understanding of how digital products are built and a product management mindset
Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working within an Agile delivery process
Ability to challenge client requirements and advocate for solutions that solve the actual business problem
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Background in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce is a strong plus
Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar tools
Ability to work across US and European time zones
Fluent English at C1 level or above
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work
Experience working with distributed international teams across multiple countries and time zones
