About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions
- Analyze, design, configure, customize, test, and support SAP SD and MM modules
- Advise business leaders on process improvements, SAP best practices, and digital transformation opportunities
- Drive end-to-end SAP implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and support initiatives
- Identify process gaps, system inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Design and document functional specifications, business process flows, test scenarios, user stories, and system configurations
- Collaborate with technical teams, SAP developers, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
- Ensure integration between SAP SD/MM, other SAP modules including FI, and external systems
- Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, and post-go-live support
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex business and system issues
- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and change management support
- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices
- Support SAP roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, including multiple full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM configuration and business processes
- Proven experience leading workshops, business process design, and solution architecture discussions
- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP modules and third-party applications
- Experience within retail, wholesale, distribution, or supply chain environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and successfully deliver projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with SAP ABAP debugging and technical specifications
- Experience integrating SAP with external platforms, e-commerce, CRM, WMS, or third-party logistics systems
- SAP SD and/or SAP MM certification (desirable)
