About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate and empower young girls through engaging product presentations and demonstrations in schools
- Foster awareness of feminism and challenges faced during life cycle changes
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to target audiences
- Achieve presentation targets through product sampling and promotion
- Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism
- Ensure product knowledge among target audiences
- Prepare all necessary materials and stock before presentations
- Collect stock frequently from the relevant warehouse to ensure availability
- Build trust and rapport with learners and school representatives
- Collaborate with the field administrator
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and complete KPI reporting
- Respond promptly to queries and requests
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance and exceed client expectations
- Create exceptional product experiences through product knowledge, active listening, and needs assessment
- Manage appointment schedules and time effectively
- Safeguard sampling stock, presentation equipment, and company assets
- Store a portion of presentation stock securely in a personal capacity
- Assist with retail promotions during school holidays and peak periods
- Maintain sample distribution records and reconcile them against attendance
- Follow policies, procedures, and regulations
- Maintain a manual travel log and submit periodic logs
- Provide management updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities
- Record school session information accurately in Retail Cloud
- Complete mandatory training and development courses through internal learning systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Grade 12
- Exceptional relationship-building and time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets
- Self-motivated and disciplined individual with a strong work ethic
- Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday depending on the schedule
- Ability to work early morning from 07:00 to 15:00 daily during school presentations and 09:00 to 17:00 during retail execution
- Ability to work effectively in both formal and informal settings
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt to challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and objectivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation skills
- Minimum of one year of sales or training experience
- 2 years field background and experience
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated success in working independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of impactful presentation delivery
- Adherence to high professional and ethical standards
- Proficiency in business reporting tools
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle not older than 10 years with a valid roadworthy certificate
- Valid business insurance for the vehicle, including coverage for courtesy vehicles used
- Reliable smartphone with sufficient storage for application downloads and image storage
