About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate and empower young girls through engaging product presentations and demonstrations in schools
- Foster awareness of feminism and challenges faced during life cycle changes
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to target audiences
- Achieve presentation targets through product sampling and promotion
- Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism
- Ensure thorough product knowledge among target audiences
- Prepare necessary materials and stock in advance of presentations
- Collect stock frequently from the relevant warehouse to ensure consistent availability
- Build trust and rapport with learners and school representatives
- Collaborate with the field administrator
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and complete reporting requirements
- Provide timely responses to queries and requests
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance and exceed client expectations
- Create exceptional product experiences through product knowledge, active listening, and needs assessment
- Optimise time management and adhere to appointment schedules
- Safeguard sampling stock, presentation equipment, and assigned company assets
- Assist with retail promotions during school holidays and peak periods
- Maintain accurate sample distribution records and reconcile them against attendance
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations
- Maintain a manual travel log book and submit logs as required
- Provide management updates regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities
- Use Retail Cloud to record accurate information for each planned school session
- Enter all data promptly and correctly in Retail Cloud
- Complete mandatory training and development courses through internal learning systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Grade 12
- Minimum of one year of sales or training experience
- 2 years field background and experience
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated success in working independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional presentation skills with a proven track record of impactful delivery
- Adherence to high professional and ethical standards
- Proficiency in utilising business reporting tools
- Exceptional relationship-building and time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets
- Self-motivated and disciplined individual with a strong work ethic
- Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday depending on the schedule
- Ability to work effectively in both formal and informal settings
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt to challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and objectivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable personal vehicle not older than 10 years with a valid roadworthy certificate
- Valid business insurance for the vehicle, including coverage for any courtesy vehicles used
- Reliable smartphone with sufficient storage capacity for application downloads and image storage
