About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate and empower young girls through product presentations and demonstrations in schools
- Foster awareness of feminism and challenges faced during life cycle changes
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to target audiences
- Achieve presentation targets through product sampling and promotion
- Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism
- Ensure product knowledge among target audiences
- Prepare presentation materials and stock in advance
- Collect stock frequently from the relevant warehouse and store part of it securely
- Coordinate and execute retail promotions during school holidays and peak periods
- Maintain accurate sample distribution records and reconcile them against attendance
- Maintain company assets, equipment, and sampling stock; report damage or theft
- Maintain travel logs and submit weekly/monthly reports as required
- Record accurate school-session information in Retail Cloud
- Provide management with updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities
- Complete mandatory training and development courses
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Grade 12
- Minimum of one year of sales or training experience
- 2 years field background and experience
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated success working independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional relationship-building and time management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic
- Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday depending on the schedule
- Ability to work from 07:00 to 15:00 during school presentations and 09:00 to 17:00 during retail execution
- Ability to work effectively in formal and informal settings
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation skills
- Adherence to high professional and ethical standards
- Proficiency in business reporting tools
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable personal vehicle not older than 10 years with a valid roadworthy certificate
- Valid business insurance for the vehicle, including coverage for courtesy vehicles used
- Reliable smartphone with sufficient storage for application downloads and image storage
