About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the PPM Lead in deploying PPM tools across the user base and country model
Analyse and seek resolution for PPM tool (Workfront), financial, and system queries through the ServiceNow ticketing system
Support agencies with user acceptance testing and training
Liaise with offshore teams regarding tickets that cannot be resolved locally
Coordinate regular issue-resolution meetings with Agency, Core, Management, and Offshore Teams
Liaise with key users to identify critical requirements, reporting requirements, and enhancements
Set up new users and confidential information within the Publicis Altair (SAP) ecosystem
Perform security administration and maintain user groups
Support teams implementing new company structures, mergers, and acquisitions
Participate in projects within the Groupe’s Application Program Strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

PPM Operational Background such as Adobe Workfront
Knowledge of SAP
Finance background
Experience providing systems support to a large number of users or agencies
Experience with ticketing systems
Fluent Polish and English
Experience in advertising or other marketing firms would be beneficial
Knowledge of how agencies and media companies work is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for learning new technologies
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Self-motivated, creative and strong sense of accountability
Self-starter accustomed to working on own initiative
Strong communication skills and successful track record dealing with all levels of management
Evidence of working effectively within a team and willingness to support the team
Understanding of book-keeping principles
Knowledge of Microsoft products
Ability to learn rapidly from written material and apply this to developing practical expertise
