About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in tasks related to the successful reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients and agencies across varying levels of complexity and spend
Handle low-profile accounts
Assist with all onshore investment and/or vendor communications
Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports
Secure missing invoices
Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO reports using IPS Workflow
Prepare RFI templates
Audit costs based on completed RFIs
Work with vendors to revise invoices
Send RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested
Update and request missing invoices from Google Statements
Request revised invoices from contacts at radio stations and cable representatives
Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate, and Status
Focus on efficiency, precision, and minimizing errors
