About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the vision, standards, and quality control for creator strategy outputs within the assigned pod
Oversee and QA creator lists for strategic alignment, cultural relevance, and executional excellence
Lead workload distribution and prioritization across the pod
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned talent agencies and key external partners
Translate client briefs into insight-driven creator strategies
Guide talent selection through the full-funnel lens using platform data, agency input, and cultural trends
Provide rationale and storytelling behind talent recommendations
Lead sourcing for celebrity, VIP, and high-profile talent
Elevate pre-sale creator strategy across RFPs and proactive pitches
Contribute to proxy lists and narrative development during pre-sale
Identify and package exclusive or differentiated talent opportunities for new business
Ensure campaign talent strategies are executed consistently, with quality and speed
Track and analyze talent approvals, feedback, and performance signals
Apply learnings from past talent selections and client feedback to future strategy
Develop proactive creator opportunities within assigned agencies and brands
Surface emerging talent, cultural trends, and whitespace opportunities to Sales and clients
Establish the team as a trusted authority on the creator economy
Lead weekly pod meetings covering strategy, workflow, bandwidth, talent ideation, problem-solving, and execution planning
Drive adoption of tools and platforms
Maintain accountability for campaign casting updates, talent tracking, and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows and improve team performance

Requirements

Strong understanding of creator economy platforms, trends, talent landscape, and cultural signals
Ability to translate client briefs into clear, differentiated creator strategies
High standard for talent quality, brand alignment, and cultural relevance
Skilled at articulating the “why” behind talent decisions
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and speed
Strong experience working with talent agencies, creators, and internal stakeholders
Ability to leverage platform data, historical performance, and market insights
Proactive identification of opportunities and innovation within the team
