About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the technical mental model of the AI platform and its components
Translate between engineering, design, leadership, clients, and business stakeholders
Provide technical thought leadership with engineering and architecture
Plan, sequence, and drive delivery across frontend, backend, agentic, data, and infrastructure workstreams
Run agile standups, planning, and retrospectives
Track and communicate scope, dependencies, risks, and progress across Saatchi, Moov AI, Publicis NA, and global Publicis stakeholders
Coordinate technical readiness for Builder Nights, integration milestones, and client demos
Drive pre-event run-throughs and post-event retrospectives
Identify and resolve or escalate scope creep, conflicting priorities, and unowned work
Maintain system overviews, decision logs, and release notes
Represent technical program realities in client and leadership conversations
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, data, infrastructure, vendors, and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated track record running complex technical programs end-to-end, including software platforms, AI/ML products, large web implementations, complex digital productions, or equivalent
Strong technical fluency in microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or LLM/agent systems
Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, QA, data, infrastructure, and external vendors or partners
Experience with agile, hybrid-agile, or producer-led delivery models
Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Loop / Notion, Miro / FigJam, GitHub, Slack / Teams
Working understanding of cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, and AI/LLM-enabled products
Excellent written and verbal communication
Located in or willing to work Toronto hours
Candidates must be based in Canada
Valid Canadian work authorization of at least 12 months
PMI-ACP, CSM, or comparable agile certification is listed as a nice-to-have, not a requirement
