About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute coverage initiatives that drive growth and strengthen PURE’s competitive position
- Monitor countrywide legislative changes and recommend coverage impacts
- Analyze existing coverage and execute approved changes from filing through systems implementation
- Maintain knowledge of competitor actions, industry developments, and Member needs
- Drive coverage innovation for PURE’s target market
- Create system specifications for coverage and form changes within the policy management system
- Report to the Director, Product Development within the Product Management team
- Work closely with several business units across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and draft moderate to complex policy language
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, manage competing priorities, and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience using Word and Excel
- Eagerness to develop new skills and enhance expertise
