About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Property Manager Accounting Domain, including trust accounting, ledgering, rent posting, high-volume transactional payments processing, reconciliations, closing workflows, and financial reporting
Make product decisions balancing user needs, compliance requirements, operational workflows, and financial accuracy
Work closely with internal accounting experts to ensure compliance with trust accounting regulations
Build workflows supporting clean, auditable financials
Ship the platform internally and increase efficiency for property managers
Conduct research and user interviews
Write product stories
Define product strategy and roadmap as the platform grows
Collaborate with users, engineering teams, and distributed or outsourced teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience as a product manager on B2B2C or enterprise products
Experience with complex user workflows involving heavy use of third-party integrations and vendors
Proficient in AI-enabled product development
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into plain language that customers can understand
Subject matter knowledge of double-entry accounting, bank reconciliations, integrations for payments and money movements, or financial reporting
Startup or scale-up experience
Experience working with non-technical users and understanding their challenges
Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products
Comfort working with distributed and outsourced teams
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
User empathy, detail-oriented precision, analytical mindset, curiosity, and initiative
