About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create engaging digital learning content for new and existing learning requirements across operational and developmental topics
- Work with stakeholders across the business to storyboard learning content
- Convert storyboards into digital learning using Articulate 360 and other design tools
- Support Learning Management System administration
- Prepare regular learning reports
- Act as the first point of contact for learning queries
- Support learning activities and initiatives as required
- Keep up-to-date with learning trends and identify improvements in learning solutions
- Report to the Senior Learning and Talent Partner
- Support learning and development for Gym Operations and Central Teams in the UK, ROI, Denmark, Switzerland and the US Market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in creating engaging digital learning solutions
- Good understanding of different learner needs and preferences
- Strong focus on detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise well
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Self-motivation and ability to work well on own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the Articulate 360 suite or similar e-learning authoring tools
- Experience with a Learning Management System, such as Dayforce Learning or similar platforms
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis from the Leeds City Centre office on office-based days
