About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work within one or more multidisciplinary teams to shape the direction of a product area
Deliver well-defined solutions to complex design challenges
Own the end-to-end design process from initial discovery through to final UI
Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth hand-off and quality of agreed design solutions
Run discovery and research activities to uncover opportunities and shape product requirements
Communicate clearly and confidently, presenting evidence-backed solutions to senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years' experience in product design or an adjacent role
Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team, juggling priorities and pivoting when needed
Strong portfolio demonstrating design experience, skills, thinking and approach
Strong UX and UI skills
Proficiency in prototyping and Figma
Experience working within a design system using a mobile-first approach
Ability to work within constraints and align with business needs
Proven skills in data, analytics, user testing and other research methods to evidence design decisions
Ability to work in a team while also working independently, unblocking problems, balancing workload and prioritising based on business value
