About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design end-to-end architecture for new and existing systems, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to define technical requirements and design solutions
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
- Define and document architecture standards, principles, and best practices
- Review system designs and code to ensure adherence to architectural direction and quality standards
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate adoption to improve system capabilities and efficiency
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure robust, secure, and scalable system design
- Support the integration of internal systems and third-party platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Software Engineer in a complex technical environment
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns
- Deep technical knowledge across backend systems, APIs, databases, networking, and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience overseeing the implementation of large-scale, distributed systems
- 5+ years in a software engineering discipline
