About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures
- Analyze client requirements and develop technical designs to deliver innovative technology solutions
- Lead teams in the successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects
- Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their unique strengths and managing performance
- Encourage development of skills outside comfort zones and foster continuous learning
- Utilize Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based platforms to enhance data flow and business performance
- Research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation and improve service delivery
- Address conflicts and engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary
- Uphold professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Build and maintain client relationships to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in technology solutions
- Analyze linkages and interactions between component parts of entire systems
- Partner with team leadership to validate ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Engineering & Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology
- Designing end-to-end enterprise solutions across applications, data, integrations, cloud platforms, security, scalability, and delivery standards
- Evaluating technology tradeoffs and aligning architecture decisions to business goals while communicating designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrating proficiency in Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Solution Architecture
- Utilizing Microsoft Azure for cloud-based solutions and services
- Analyzing complex systems to identify linkages and interactions
- Leading strategic planning and execution for client engagement projects
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC policy
