Lead the design and development of AI and Machine Learning solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights
Oversee implementation of data infrastructure and integration supporting scalable AI systems
Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful client engagements
Mentor and guide teams applying advanced data analytics and AI techniques
Promote technological advancements and foster an environment where people and technology thrive together
Collaborate with executive-level clients to shape strategic directions and deliver impactful solutions
Use Python and C++ to develop and deploy AI models
Manage complex data analysis and confirm data quality and integrity within analytics frameworks
Encourage creativity and innovation in problem-solving and solution development
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to enhance client satisfaction and project success
Set strategic direction, lead business development efforts, oversee multiple projects, maintain executive-level client relations, and mentor future leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 12 years of experience
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
At least one certification aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
Proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning libraries
Python and C++ proficiency for complex data analysis and modeling
Experience leading AI-driven automation projects with strategic mindset and innovation
Experience promoting technological advances in data infrastructure and integration
Experience cultivating potential in others through coaching and feedback
Ability to travel up to 80%
