About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the Alliance strategy and business plan, focusing on UK market penetration, revenue growth and additional synergies
- Work with sales, account, delivery and Workday sales teams to identify, qualify, shape and progress opportunities
- Execute go-to-market solutions aligned with firm and technology strategy
- Communicate the Alliance value proposition and strategic direction internally and externally
- Collaborate with cross-sector and cross-service practice teams on Alliance initiatives
- Support annual business planning and joint planning sessions with Alliance and firm leaders
- Maintain and grow Alliance partner status and certification levels
- Identify and qualify Alliance-sourced opportunities
- Define and execute win strategies
- Support commercial strategy, pricing, proposal development and pursuit execution
- Coordinate joint plays, sales and marketing campaigns, partner funding, referrals and resale opportunities
- Maintain key Alliance stakeholder relationships
- Provide market insight and performance reporting
- Lead and develop the PwC Workday sales team to support pipeline growth and sales execution
Requirements

- Experience originating, qualifying and supporting complex, partner-influenced sales opportunities
